How to Help

The Generosity of Our Donors Gets the Work Done.

CCEH receives funds from many places.

The Concord community has been an integral part of our success to date in supporting those within our community who are experiencing homelessness. Financial support has come from individual donors, large and small, and from businesses and community organizations. Support comes in the form of money, time and talent. It comes from volunteers and from in-kind giving. CCEH also applies for and has received many grants for specific projects, as well as for our ongoing, day-to-day work. We count on our community to support our work to end homelessness and we are so grateful for the support of the greater Concord community.

Annual Appeal

Our apartments on Green Street were a pilot project for CCEH to learn to develop permanent supportive housing units. Now it is time to SCALE UP THAT EFFORT as we aggressively pursue multiple “Paths Toward Housing Solutions”.

CCEH is asking you to consider a donation to our Annual Appeal as we scale up efforts to pursue our goal: Reduce chronic homelessness in Concord from about 150 people to ZERO!

Planned and Legacy Giving

CCEH gratefully accept gifts of publicly traded securities such as stocks, bonds, or mutual fund shares. Gifts of highly appreciated stock or securities provide you with a charitable tax deduction, avoidance of capital gains tax, and the satisfaction of helping people who are struggling with homelessness. You can also name CCEH as a beneficiary in your will or estate plan, on a retirement fund or life insurance policy, or on other financial accounts. These are all excellent ways to support CCEH and create a lasting legacy.

Check out our Legacy Society page for more information on planned giving and legacy gifts.
