Connecting to Resources

Since December 2008, the Resource Center has been helping individuals who are homeless, or at imminent risk of becoming homeless, meet their immediate needs and connect with resources that are available to them.

Our Concord Homeless Resource Center provides access to showers, laundry, snacks, general help, resources, and Case Management.

The Resource Center is located at 238 N. Main Street, Concord, NH 03301.

Resource Center Hours

All welcome: Monday – Friday 9am-11:30am

By appointment only: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday 12pm – 4pm


Guests can meet with other service providers

  • AmeriHealth Caritas– Once a Month on Thursdays
  • Anthem– Once a Month
  • Cricket Phones– Once a Month
  • Empire Beauty School– Once a Month
  • Harbor Care and Easter Seals for Veteran Services – Once a Week on Tuesdays
  • Riverbend Discrete Case Manager– Once a Week on Mondays
  • Veteran’s Affairs– Some Fridays

The Resource Center offers:

  • Shower
  • Laundry
  • A mailing addresses
  • Phone charging
  • Use of computer, internet, phone, and fax

Our case workers and volunteers can help connect guests with:

  • Housing and shelter programs
  • Medicaid, and other benefits
  • SNAP benefits
  • V.A. benefits
  • Obtaining state I.D., Social Security card or birth certificate

During weekday morning hours, the Resource Center sees on average 60 people each day. CCEH provides coffee, laundry, shower services, and more at no cost to clients or other service providers.

Help us keep the Resource Center stocked with the essential items we use daily by pledging to sponsor for a month: whether through cash or in-kind donations, your support is critical to the Resource Center remaining a central hub and a safe, comfortable space for individuals experiencing homelessness in our community.
