Your Donations at Work
Ending homeless is only possible through the generosity of many. CCEH is very thankful for your gift that will fund our many initiatives and programs.
CCEH is actively working on “Paths Toward Housing Solutions” for individuals experiencing long-term homelessness.
CCEH cannot end homelessness in our community without broad-based support. CCEH has taken the lead with many community partners to work toward creating housing solutions.
Since 2008, the Resource Center has been helping guests who are homeless, or at imminent risk of becoming homeless, meet their immediate needs and connect with resources that are available to them.
CCEH operates the Emergency Winter Shelter, providing a warm bed for 40 individuals within our community’s most vulnerable population. The Shelter is located at 238 N Main Street in Concord.
