Concord Coalition to End Homelessness is proud to announce that on Tuesday, October 12, 2021, we purchased a triplex apartment building! By November 1, three people who are experiencing homelessness are anticipated to be living in their new homes.
CCEH is actively working on multiple “Paths Toward Housing Solutions” for individuals experiencing long-term homelessness, and the purchase of small, existing apartment buildings is one of those Paths.
The purchase of this property was made possible through our many generous donors. It was also made possible because the seller of the property chose to have their apartments become part of the solution for ending homelessness in Concord. A special thank you goes out to Merrimack County Savings Bank, Cleveland Waters & Bass, and First American Title for their in-kind generosity in making this purchase happen.
