Connecting to Resources

Since December 2008, the Resource Center has been helping guests who are homeless, or at imminent risk of becoming homeless, meet their immediate needs and connect with resources that are available to them. Our Concord Homeless Resource Center is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9AM – 2PM, and Wednesday 9AM -12PM at the former First Congregational Church, 177 N. Main St., Concord, entrance and parking lot on the Washington Street side.

The Resource Center offers

  • Shower
  • Laundry
  • A mailing address
  • Phone charging
  • Use of computer, internet, phone and fax

Our case workers and volunteers can help connect guests with:

  • Housing and shelter programs
  • Medicaid, and other benefits
  • SNAP benefits
  • V.A. benefits
  • Obtaining state I.D., Social Security card or birth certificate
